The following endorsements were submitted in support of Representative Mike Glanton’s bid for the Senate District 44 seat. While Rep. Glanton is very well known around the State of Georgia and nationally and could have called on various celebrities to endorse his candidacy, he insisted on hearing from the community and the constituents he serves. He feels hearing from locals is more important than paid celebrities many of whom has no idea about our community or issues. Below are a few of the comments received. I was happy to hear that Representative Mike Glanton will continue to serve the State of Georgia
as he seeks to serve as the next Senator for the 44th District. We are fortunate to have Mike

Representative Mike Glanton is definitely the person that we need representing us in Clayton County. He is truly engaged and involved in the Community's diversity. Representative Glanton has become iconic in this community. The Clayton County-wide district has enjoyed a representative that takes the viewpoint of the people to the "Gold Dome". Rep. Glanton is philanthropic and is an advocate to both educational issues and special needs programs. This type of service and leadership is needed in the Ga. State Senate .

Mike is always there for Clayton County . He was first to respond to citizen’s efforts to protect Clayton County ’s Schools. He is continually involved supporting the efforts of Clayton County's service orgnizations. He is a tireless worker for the betterment of his community and in particular his fellow man. The real ice breaker to judging one's character, is when one tests their Representative's opinion and opposition on the Constitution and Bill Of Rights . As a law abiding citizen in our county, the only thing that I ask is to exist without being held responsible for the misdeeds of others. I have sent emails to all of our legislators in Clayton County, on numerous occasions and I even attempted to engaged them on topics concerning our county on forums, but, I had no responses until Mike Glanton answered my calls for help. Mike not only answered my Emails and took his time to respond on the Forums, he acted on his word. I truly believe that Mike Glanton cares a lot about the citizens in Clayton County, rather that the private agendas that we are so used to seeing out of our other elected officials and legislators.
